Aimed specifically at startups, this workshop will address legal, accounting, and tax questions about setting up a business and/or managing a U.S. affiliate with a French office. It will also cover the main changes in the U.S. tax reform affecting businesses.

This workshop will cover the following topics:
 

• Review of legal structures available for entrepreneurs.
• Accounting rules and recommendations.
• Managing human resources and payroll.
• Main tax considerations for entrepreneurs.

This workshop will be presented by Yoann Brugiere, CPA and Anne-Lise Truntzer, French Expert-comptable from JADE FIDUCIAL. Both have over 10 years of experience providing audit, financial and tax services to clients from different industries ranging from large multinationals to small and mid‐sized private companies.
